How Summit Mortgage got here
Summit was built to do one thing right: find Richmond borrowers the loan that fits, not the one that's easiest to sell. What set Summit Mortgage apart from the start was a refusal to treat the basics as afterthoughts — doing the careful, unglamorous work that earns trust, and treating every client the way the founders wished they had been treated. 8 years and more than 320 clients later, that conviction still runs Summit Mortgage. The team has grown, the work across Richmond has too, but the promise is unchanged.
