Our story
How Cornerstone Commercial Realty got here
Maria founded Cornerstone in 2011 after a decade at a regional giant, frustrated by deals closed on the broker's terms instead of the client's. She built a twelve-broker DFW-only firm to flip that. What set Cornerstone Commercial Realty apart from the start was a refusal to treat the basics as afterthoughts — doing the careful, unglamorous work that earns trust, and treating every client the way the founders wished they had been treated. 13 years and more than 280 clients later, that conviction still runs Cornerstone Commercial Realty. The team has grown, the work across Dallas has too, but the promise is unchanged.
