Our story
How Rose & Stem got here
Maya Reyes opened Rose & Stem in 2017 at a farm stand outside Austin, buying from the same growers her grandmother had known for decades. What set Rose & Stem apart from the start was a refusal to treat the basics as afterthoughts — doing the careful, unglamorous work that earns trust, and treating every client the way the founders wished they had been treated. 7 years and more than 800 clients later, that conviction still runs Rose & Stem. The team has grown, the work across Austin has too, but the promise is unchanged.
