Our story
How Rivertown Auto Works got here
Marcus Reyes opened Rivertown in 2009 after leaving a dealership service lane, tired of watching customers pressured into work they didn't need. What set Rivertown Auto Works apart from the start was a refusal to treat the basics as afterthoughts — doing the careful, unglamorous work that earns trust, and treating every client the way the founders wished they had been treated. 15 years and more than 2800 clients later, that conviction still runs Rivertown Auto Works. The team has grown, the work across Tacoma has too, but the promise is unchanged.
