Our story
How Maple & Vine Cafe got here
Maple & Vine opened on Bedford Avenue in 2014 with a single espresso machine, a small roaster in the back, and the simple idea that a neighborhood deserves a café that takes its coffee and its mornings seriously. A decade on, we still roast in small batches and bake every pastry the morning we sell it.
We are a corner of the block where regulars become friends, where the barista knows your order, and where slowing down for a proper cup is the whole point. Nothing here is rushed and nothing is mass-produced.
