Our story
How Groundwork Flooring got here
Groundwork started with one principle: never lay a beautiful floor over a bad subfloor. Level, check moisture, prep right — then install dead-tight. What set Groundwork Flooring apart from the start was a refusal to treat the basics as afterthoughts — doing the careful, unglamorous work that earns trust, and treating every client the way the founders wished they had been treated. 12 years and more than 450 projects later, that conviction still runs Groundwork Flooring. The team has grown, the work across Dallas has too, but the promise is unchanged.
