Why us

Why clients choose Cedarline Fence Co.

Posts set deep in concrete

Every post anchored below frost line, the reason gates still swing true years later.

Straight runs, dead level

Reviewers praise straight, level lines that don't shift — the mark of precision framing.

Clean job site, fair quotes

No surprises: upfront pricing and a tidy site when the crew leaves. It's a standard here, not a slogan.

Built to outlast the season

Cedarline's obsession: fences that look right long after install, not lean within a year.

How it works

A clear path from first call to handover

  1. Pre-construction & planning

Before anyone picks up a tool, we lock the scope, the budget, and the schedule, pull and manage every permit, and order long-lead materials early so nothing stalls mid-build. You sign off on a fixed plan — not a guess.

  2. Build-out

Your assigned lead runs the site daily and sequences in-house crews and vetted trade partners so the work flows in the right order, with the site kept clean, safe, and documented as we go.

  3. Weekly updates

Every week you get a photo recap and a short written summary: what was completed, what's coming next, and where we stand against the schedule and budget — with plenty of time to weigh in on any decision.

  4. Walkthrough & handover

We walk the space with you, build a punch-list together, and close every item before we call it done — then hand over a complete closeout package and a standing line to call afterward.

Cedarline began with a frustration: too many fences that lean within a year. We set every post deep in concrete, line each run dead straight, and hang gates that stay true — so your fence still looks right long after the crew has gone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a fence install take?

Most residential fences are completed in 1–3 days once materials and permits are ready.

Do you handle permits and property lines?

Yes — we confirm setbacks and handle permits so your fence is sited correctly and legally.

Which lasts longer, wood or vinyl?

Both last well installed right. Cedar ages beautifully; vinyl is lowest-maintenance. We'll help you choose.
